What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Shipping
How much is shipping?
For within the United States, shipping is $5.95 per order. This is NOT a per item charge, but a flat rate per order! So bundle away!
Do you ship internationally?
We can! Please send international requests to order@8bitapparel.com
How do your items fit?
Our t-shirts are made to offer a more fitted, athletic cut. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed look, we recommend choosing the next size up.
Are your tees pre-shrunk?
No. Our t-shirts will shrink about a half size if washed and dried under high heat. To extend the life of your garment please follow washing instruction.
What is the best way to wash my tee?
The tees, as previously stated, will shrink a half size if they are washed and dried under heat. We recommend washing in cold water with the garment INSIDE OUT. This is good advice for any graphic tee you own! When drying we recommend line dry or air fluffing. Heat will shrink this tee!
Where are your T-shirts made?
The tee itself is made in the USA! The graphics are designed and printed in Columbus, Ohio.
What sizes do you offer?
Unisex items are available in sizes XS - XXL. For women, an XS unisex fits like a small in female gender specific clothing (Small like a medium, and medium like a large, etc). Our tees are American Apparel, so if you would like a loose fit please choose the size up. Remember to read washing instructions above to help make your choice!
What shipping services do you offer?
We currently offer standard domestic shipping via The United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you run out of sizes, how long will it take to restock?
Our restock period is usually 2-3 weeks. In the event of an oversold tee 8 Bit Apparel will do their best to contact the buyer and let them know that shipping will take an additional 2-3 weeks.
I ordered an item on Pre-Sale. How long will my item take to ship?
Pre-sale items are not ordered yet, and will take 2-3 weeks for availability to ship.
I live in Columbus, any way I can avoid shipping?
Sure! Send an email to order@8bitapparel.com and one of us will help arrange a time and place that is convenient!
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days after placing order. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
What if my items don't fit?
We can exchange or return item(s) received within 14 days of date of shipment, provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please email order@8bitapparel.com with a description of the problem and to get a return/exchange form. SALE ITEMS are NOT available for exchange or return.
What is your privacy policy?
We’re private people, and hate when companies sell your info. You are safe with 8 Bit Apparel!
Is there sales tax on my order?
We charge sales tax on all orders. The state needs cash!
Is 8 Bit Apparel only sold online?
Nope! We’re also available at a few locations in Columbus, Ohio. We are always looking to branch out into retail locations, so if you think our product is right for your store/boutique then by all means send a message to order@8bitapparel.com
Does 8 Bit Apparel only sell tees?
Currently we only offer tees, though we will be expanding into other products for the holiday season! So buy a tee today, and in no time you can purchase that tee a big brother or sister. Don’t let your clothes get lonely!
Does 8 Bit Apparel only sell unisex tees?
Currently we only offer unisex tees, though please check back often as we are sure to respond to market demands!
